Vision Statement – We make a healthier community by taking care of individuals who are at risk or are homeless by addressing the complex needs of these individuals by working with government agencies and other organizations.  First, we assist with providing emergency shelter.  Second, we minister to the “whole” person by collaborating with our community to assist with providing counseling, spiritual support, mental and physical health care, nutrition, safety, employment, education, travel assistance and other available benefits to plan for future independence.  Third, we enlighten the community and are proactive in reducing the stigma of homelessness. 

Definition of Homelessness is – Any person or family in who is sleeping in a vehicle, porch, tent, emergency shelter, emergency room, 24 hour business,  or any other place not meant for permanent human habitation.
